Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP)
eRAD’s Customer Satisfaction Program was developed to build a positive, professional relationship between eRAD and our customers. Direct customer calls are made to Radiologists, Technical Support personnel, Office Managers, and other key users. Our goal is to achieve a clear understanding of our customer’s needs, and ensure that every effort is made to meet them.
Customers are also encouraged to call eRAD with their questions and concerns. eRAD will work directly with the customer and our resellers, if appropriate, to get results in a timely manner.
